Production and delivery
Production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping. This is an estimate, not a guarantee; busy periods can take longer. Shipping transit time is additional and varies by destination and carrier.

Returns and refunds
All sales are final for change-of-mind purchases. Our products are printed to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size or design, or no longer want the item, except where required by applicable law. Please review the product details and dimensions before ordering.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email CodeLucy@hotmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery where possible so we can investigate promptly. This request does not shorten any rights or deadlines provided by applicable law.
We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy, including a replacement or refund where applicable. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide return instructions if a return is needed.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits statutory consumer rights, including any mandatory cancellation, return, repair, replacement, or refund rights. Any more favourable return terms agreed at the time of an earlier purchase remain applicable to that purchase.
